Adrian Wirth was born and raised in the Züri-Unterland. During his studies of Environmental Science at ETH Zürich a medical condition caused a difficult stirr-up in his life, raised many questions about the meaning of life and at that time he started to explore the spiritual path. For the last 20 years he has explored transformational methods with teacher plants, from Indian Yoga and Buddhist Dharma traditions. He uses the different practices to offer and hold a save space for healing and transformation. The context he is giving is accessible and understandable for everybody, it’s a down to earth approach. Since 2007 he has been teaching regular classes, workshops at Airyoga Zürich and retreats in the magic yurts at Balmeggberg. See more about Adrian here: www.oshadi-yoga.ch.
